Tunisian media outlets reported that a 24-year-old Tunisian woman residing in Qatar fell from the fourth floor of a residential building.
The injured woman’s sister told Tunisian radio station Mosaique FM that the family initially received information indicating that an ambulance crew had attempted to revive her after her heart had stopped. However, the family was unable to obtain any further updates about her condition.
She added that her sister works in the tourism sector and has achieved remarkable academic and professional success, stressing the family’s urgent need to know the young woman’s true health status.
In response to reports circulating about the young woman’s death, Abdel Basset Al-Hilali, head of the Tunisian Community Council in Qatar, denied via his Facebook account that the woman had died. He confirmed that the representative at the Tunisian embassy was closely following up on all aspects of the case.
