Record-breaking performance by MES in Class X and Class XII

M.E.S Indian School produced a record-breaking result in the Class X CBSE Examination held in March 2024 with a top score of 98.6%. A total of 555 students appeared for the Board Examination and the school has secured 100 per cent pass. It is praiseworthy to note that M.E.S maintained the remarkable performance with an impressive number of 135 students securing 90% and above, and 379 students secured distinction honour of 75% and above.

Athena Rose Thomas with her brilliant performance secured 98.6% to emerge as the school topper, followed by Muhammed Rayyan Karuvadi with 97.2% and Athulya Anil Kumar in the third position with 97 per cent.

Students who secured 100 marks in various subjects:

Pooja Selvakumar, Zishan Ahmad and Fiza Thazmeen Raif in Mathematics-Standard andAbeer Adil Akhtar in Mathematics-Basic. Fathima Riyaz in Social Science, Athena Rose Thomasin Science, Bushra Mohammed Hanif Nazir, Ahmad Khalil Thakur, Fouza Chakala Kunnan and Afifa in  Arabic, Areeba Firoz in Urdu, Aliaa Muhammad Zakeer, Diya Soumya Dilkar and Fathima Sana Rasheed Kooliyattayilin Malayalam and  Mohammad Arsh Khalilahmad Khatri in French secured centum in the examination.

 Students who secured A1 in all 5 subjects

A whopping 18 students secured A1 in all 5 subjects. They are Athena Rose Thomas, Muhammed Rayyan Karuvadi, Ayisha Ziana Subair, Mohamed Adnan, Bushra Mohammed Hanif Nazir, Rushdha Fathima Saleed, Merin Eliza Jiju, Areeba Firoz, Khadija Ahmed, Ahmad Khalil Thakur, Fathima Riyaz, Haya Jahan, Mohammad Arsh Khalilahmad Khatri, Adiba Mumtaz Alam Ansari, Abdullah Abdul Wahab Quraishi, Fadi Fathima, Soubiksha Rajesh and Jaidevi Jaikrishna.

The top scorers in various subjects are: Muhammed Rayyan Karuvadi with 99 in English, Merin Eliza Jiju, Sara Muztaba, Zainab Alam, Sridhar Ajith, Jaidevi Jaikrishna, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Amira Muztaba, Syed Dawar Abbas, Maryam Fathima and Aliza Zehra secured 95 to top in Hindi. Soubiksha Rajesh secured 99 in Tamil.

The school management and the Principal lauded the efforts of students and the contribution of teachers for this phenomenal success.

M.E.S Indian School produced excellent results in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Grade XII, Examination 2024. A total of 522 students appeared for the examination with a whopping number of 342 students secured distinction. 

In the Science Stream, Ali Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari and Jiya Jayaprakash

emerged as school toppers with 97.4 % followed by Mahek Shaikh Mohammed Shamim and Sreya Hari with 96.4 % in the second position and  Micah Leya Mathew

in the third position with 96%.

In the Commerce Stream, Johann Cherian George secured first position with 95% followed by Mohammad Roshaan Mehboob in the second position with 93.4 % and Alia Anwar Chougle, Lubna Ashref and Neha Varghese with 92 % in the third position.

In the Humanities Stream, Aysha Abdul Azees topped the school with 89.8 % marks. Saranya Dinesh secured the second position with 88.6% and Alisha Esmail Dadan with 88.4% in the third position.

A total of 32 students secured A1 in all five subjects. They are Ali Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari, Jiya Jayaprakash, Mahek Shaikh Mohammed Shamim, Sreya Hari, Micah Leya Mathew, Ashwas John Mathew, Richard Tom Benny, Rahmoon Mahtab, Arun Muhil Viswanathan, Eizaan Saiyed Muhammed, Afiya Haroon V P, Nawfa Mohamed Ismail, Rajalekshmy Santhirani Kumar, Rawha Abdu Raheem, Anjjellan Sam Santhakumar, Suhana Sajad, Johann Cherian George, Adnan Abdulla, Chris Joseph, Dalyn Silvanus David Clement, Riya Padmakumar, Het Kavindra Jani, Nandana Jusjith Thyparambil, Muhammad Ashfaaq Edayakkat, Nadia Ambalathu Veettil Fazal Mohammed, Shazia Valiya Peedikakkal, Shinde Vedika Vilas, Rehan Jikku Koickal, Syed Dahiya Shaheen, Ayaan Nasir Ahmed Shaikh, Elna Shibu and Minhath Karingappara.

Students who Secured Centum:

Jiya Jayaprakash in Chemistry, Ali Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari and Afiya Haroon V.P in Biology, Rahmoon Mahtab and Ahmed Khan in Computer Science, Rajalekshmy Santhirani Kumar, Sunena Kannankillath Subair, Ihsan Edakkandi, Rifa Fathima Nadukkandiyil,

Navami Vathiyath Bijoy, Reem Mohamed Sadique, Nemiya Sharaf, Shabeeba Puthiyetuth, Josvin Thundiyil Sibichan in Informatics Practices, Abhijith Krishna Sreejith, Minha Fathima Shamir, Farhana Muneer, Leann Lucy Stanly, Manasi Jayakumar Elayachanidom, Mohammed Hashir Sageer in Engineering Graphics andSarah Thampan in Home Science secured a perfect score of 100 in their respective subjects.

Afiya Haroon V.P, Fawaz Mohammad Zainullabedeen, Hajra Hanan Haseef, Ameen Thundathil Refeeck, Navya Raju George, Jobina Mary Babu, Aysha Manal Shabir in English, Jiya Jayaprakash and Shakti Suresh Iyer topped in Mathematics, Liana Sara Jermyin Applied Mathematics, Ali Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari  in Physics, Jiya Jayaprakash in Chemistry with 100 marks, Ali Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari and Afiya Haroon V.P in Biology with a centum, Rahmoon Mahtab and Ahmed Khanemerged as the toppers with 100 marks in Computer Science,  Rajalekshmy Santhirani Kumar, Sunena Kannankillath Subair, Ihsan Edakkandi, Rifa Fathima Nadukkandiyil, Navami Vathiyath Bijoy, Reem Mohamed Sadique Nemiya Sharaf, Shabeeba Puthiyetuth, Josvin Thundiyil Sibichan emerged toppers with 100 marks in Informatics Practices. Abhijith Krishna Sreejith, Minha Fathima Shamir, Farhana Muneer, Leann Lucy Stanly, Manasi Jayakumar Elayachanidom, Mohammed Hashir Sageer emerged toppers in Engineering Graphics with 100 marks. Sarah Thampan topped in Home Science with a centum; Rene Mary Elwish, Hiba Mowathil and Johann Cherian George became subject toppers in Business Studies.  Rene Mary Elwish, Johann Cherian George and Mevin Emmanuel Pious were the subject toppers in Accountancy, Johann Cherian George was the topper in Economics, Aysha Abdul Azees and Saranya Dinesh were the toppers in History, while Sahla Navas Aslami secured highest marks in Physical Education.

The school management and the Principal congratulated the students and staff for their remarkable achievements. “The amazing board exam results of the school depict commitment and sincerity on the part of everyone involved in the academic process”, remarked the principal, besides expressing gratitude to the parent community for their support and encouragement, which enabled the students to scale greater heights in their pursuit of excellence.
