Radio Malayalam 98.6 launches 7th anniversary celebrations

DOHA: Qatar’s first private radio station, Radio Malayalam 98.6 FM, which started broadcasting on 31st October 2017, launched its seventh-anniversary celebrations recently.

Muhamed Khalil Al Nazar, Country Manager of Gulf Air, inaugurated the campaign at a function held at Holiday Inn Hotel, Doha, and presided over by KC Abdul Latheef, Vice Chairman of the QFM Radio Network. Anvar Hussain, CEO, delivered the introductory speech, and Noufal Abdul Rahman, Deputy General Manager, delivered the vote of thanks.

The event also announced prizes worth over 150,000 Riyals for radio listeners including two BHK apartments free for one year, free foreign travel for 7 listeners, iPhone, 7 LED TVs, 7 trolleys full of groceries for 7 winners worth 986 Riyals each, and many other gifts including adventure trip, travel bags, hangouts etc for listeners selected through month-long on-air, online and on the ground activities.
Prominent entrepreneurs and senior managers from various businesses and sponsors also attended the event.
