QCB: Eidiya ATMs see record turnout, dispense over QR 182 million for Eid Al Fitr

The Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has officially concluded its Eidiya ATM service for Eid Al Fitr 2025, following a successful run across 10 strategic locations in the country. The service enabled residents to withdraw cash in denominations of QR 5, QR 10, and QR 50–100, with total withdrawals exceeding QR 182 million.
Introduced as a convenient solution to help families prepare Eidiya gifts during the festive period, the ATMs were temporarily installed at:
- Place Vendome Mall
- Mall of Qatar
- Al Wakrah Old Souq
- Doha Festival City
- Al Hazm Mall
- West Walk
- Mirqab Mall
- Al Khor Mall
- Al Meera (Muaither)
- Al Meera (Al Thumama)
The initiative was met with strong public response, with queues forming at several locations in the days leading up to Eid. QCB noted the high volume of transactions as an indicator of the program’s continued relevance and popularity. The service is now closed as part of its scheduled end, with QCB thanking the public for their cooperation.
