Paramount Food Service Equipment Solutions, a leader in the commercial kitchen and food service industry, has announced the opening of its state-of-the-art integrated facility in Birkat Al Awameer, Qatar.
The grand inauguration, scheduled for January 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM, will host over 400 distinguished guests, including clients, partners, and suppliers from across the region and beyond, company officials said at a press conference.
The inauguration marks a milestone in Paramount’s 36-year legacy of innovation, growth, and customer-focused service.
Managing Director Shamsuddin K V reflected on Paramount’s 21-year journey in Qatar, emphasizing the company’s focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. He also announced plans for a new manufacturing facility in Dubai, the UAE, set to open in six months, and a showroom in Kochi, India, which will be ready by June.
The 60,000-square-foot facility in Qatar boasts cutting-edge features designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, offering a wide selection of equipment and spare parts, enabling clients to explore tailored solutions for their businesses.
Executive Director Haris Amar Shamsudheen emphasized that this QR20m facility reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence, housing QR100m worth of equipment and spare parts. Strategically located with excellent connectivity, the facility demonstrates Paramount’s focus on leveraging technology to transform business operations and maintain market competitiveness.

A standout feature of the facility is Qatar’s first culinary design lab, an immersive space showcasing live demonstrations of innovative culinary equipment.
The grand opening will feature a live cooking demonstration by Rational, a globally recognized German brand known for its cutting-edge culinary solutions. This event will highlight equipment designed to revolutionize food preparation and operational efficiency.
