The Ministry of Interior has launched a new service on the Metrash2 application, called ‘Select Travel Date and Time’, at the Abu Samra border post to enhance and speed up the border procedures for travellers.
The Ministry stated: “As part of improving services, the pre-registration service at the Abu Samra Port has been updated on the Metrash2 application by adding a ‘Select Travel Date and Time’ field to facilitate and speed up the service.
” Users must select ‘Pre-registration for Abu Samra Border’ on Metrash2, choose either Entry or Exit, and then provide all the information required like the passenger and vehicle information.
