IPAQ announces Sports Fiesta 2024 Carroms Tournament winners

DOHA: In the doubles carroms tournament organized as part of the Indian Pharmacists Association Qatar (IPAQ) Sports Fiesta 2024, the team of Jamshad and Shanib defeated the duo of Asif-Sakeer to become champions.

The tournament was held at Al Nassr Carroms Club, featuring 12 teams from four groups: Beatablockers, Adrenenergic Strikers, Vitamin Rockers, and Probiotic Boosters.

The tournament was inaugurated by Ibrahim Siloan, General Secretary of the Qatar Indian Carroms Association. In an exciting match, the team of Mashood and Suhail secured the third place by defeating the duo of Naveen and Asher. The tournament was led by Sajir, Shanib, Shamnadh, Shanawas Kozhikkal, Abdul Rahman Eriyall, Hanif Peral, Ashraf Nellikkunnu, Amir Ali, Shanawas bedira , Akhil, Sathar, Jafer, Ahmad, Sameer, Saleem,Althaf, Arif, Nawas, Sakeer among others.

The badminton tournament, part of Sports Fiesta 2024, will take place on August 30. S M A Basheer will inaugurate the event as chairman of the ICBF Advisory Board
