The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change has confiscated four Canis lupus wolves at Abu Samra port due to failure to produce official documents for their import, in accordance with Law No. 5 of 2006 regulating trade in endangered species of wildlife and their products, the Ministry said on social media.

The Wildlife Development Department stressed the importance of owners of endangered animals obtaining official certificates before traveling, whether entering or leaving the country.
