BPS holds Investiture ceremony for student leaders

DOHA: Birla Public School hosted the Investiture Ceremony at the Basant Kumar Birla Auditorium to swear in its student leaders for the new academic year 2024–25.

The event was marked by a sense of pride and responsibility as the thirty-four-member Prefectorial Board and Student Council members took their oaths to serve their peers and school community.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman Gope Shahani, Director Lukose K Chacko, Management Representatives Chindhu Antony, Neville Lukose, and Siddharth Shahani, Principal Dr. Anand R. Nair, Head of the Non-Academic, Vinod Kumar, and the Vice Principals, Radhika Rele and Edna Fernandez.

Anand R. Nair emphasized the importance of leadership, teamwork, and commitment to the values upheld by the school.

Riaan Jigar Shah and Ivana Geoji Thomos of Grade XII were sworn in as the school Head-Boy and Head-Girl. Mohamed Saheel and Veena Vishnu of Grade XII were appointed as the Vice Head-Boy and Vice Head-Girl.
