Amir congratulates Indian PM Modi in phone call

DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani discussed with Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of India Narendra Modi, the relations and cooperation between the two countries and ways to strengthen them in a range of fields.

This came in a phone call the Amir held with the Prime Minister of India on Monday, during which His Highness expressed his congratulations to the Indian Prime Minister on his party’s victory in the general elections in India.

During the call, the Amir and the Prime Minister discussed latest regional and international developments.
