Young Indian expat dies in Qatar

DOHA:A young Indian expat died in Qatar on Tuesday evening.
Shammas Anwar (38), a native of Vadakara in Kozhikode district of Kerala, suffered a heart attack and passed away even though he was rushed to the hospital, community sources told News Trail.
Shammas is the son of Anwar Babu, a resident of Qatar and also Vice President of Qatar Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre (KMCC), a prominent community organisation.
Shammas is survived by wife Rosmia and two children, Zainab and Tamim.
His wife and children were expected to travel to Qatar next week.
His body will be flown to Kerala for burial after completing the necessary procedures, KMCC Al Ihsan Committee has said.
