After record turnout, Visit Qatar extends Ras Abrouq events to February 15

Visit Qatar revealed that Ras Abrouq Events have attracted approximately 38,000 visitors since their launch in mid-September 2024, making Ras Abrouq one of the busiest destinations in winter season.
In a statement on Wednesday, Visit Qatar highlighted that it has extended the duration of these events until Feb.15, in response to this record turnout from visitors, thereby offering the opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy outstanding experiences.
Ras Abrouq events are underway and feature a wide diversity of activities, including hot air balloon experiences, archery contests, children’s workshops, mobile performances, as well as a camel show. Additionally, the events feature drone shows from Jan.16 to 17 at 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
On the other hand, Sealine Season continues to offer an array of captivating activities for adventurers and families alike, including desert safari excursions, rides on massive buses, quad biking, horseback riding, and boat trips.
Week-end holidays include fishing and stargazing, along with Muay Thai lessons, while the Aden Show will take place on Jan. 17 from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm with doors opening at 7:00 pm, showcasing traditional Yemeni music, followed by a fireworks display.
In addition, Shop Qatar 2025 events are in full swing and will continue until Feb.1, offering mesmerizing shopping experiences and opportunities to win grand awards, with the daily recreational events held at shopping malls enhancing the shopping experience that meets and aspirations of all age groups.
