Adayalam Qatar organises lecture on literary-cultural trends

DOHA: Adayalam Qatar, a socio-cultural organisation, organized a lecture at Swad Party Hall in Doha recently.

P N Gopikrishnan, who is known as an author, poet, researcher and critic, was the chief guest at the function and spoke extensively on the challenges the India is facing today.

Addressing the gathering, Gopikrishnan said: “We have to be extremely vigilant about fascism which is intruding into our lives in various guises and we must create all possible defences and make the necessary interventions to protect democracy, fraternity, amity and secularism in our country.”

Pradosh presided over the function. Murshid welcomed the gathering and Shamna Azmi expressed the vote of thanks.
