IIS holds Teachers Orientation programme

Doha: Ideal Indian School organised a five-day Orientation Programme recently for its teachers, reflecting the school’s commitment to keeping the faculty updated with the latest advancements in education.

Through interactive sessions, workshops and expert-led discussions, teachers gained new strategies and tools to enhance their effectiveness and create a more dynamic learning environment for students.

The programme began with Principal Shaik Shamim Saheb leading an insightful discussion on “Pedagogical Inclusivity and Life Skills for Teachers.”

Sajid Shamim, Headmaster of the Junior Section, spoke on the topic of “Leader-ship in Education.”
Azam Khan, Vice Principal, Boys’ Section gave an insightful presentation on “Emotional Intelligence: The Key to Effective Classroom Management.”

The third day featured a presentation by Dr. Nazima Bi, Vice Principal of the Girls’ Section, on “Practices for Promoting a Positive Work Environment.”

Khatija TC, Headmistress of the Girls’ Section, led a session on “Essential Routine Works for All Teachers”.
