Shura Council participates in Arab Parliament Plenary Session in Cairo

Cairo: The Shura Council participated in the 5th plenary session of the 4th session of the Third Legislative Term of the Arab Parliament, which was held today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo.

The Council was represented in the session by Shaikha bint Yousef Al Jufairi, Essa bin Ahmad Al Nassr, Salem bin Rashid Al Muraikhi, and Hamad bin Abdullah Al Mulla, members of the Shura Council and members of the Arab Parliament.

The session discussed the overall Arab developments and issues, the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza and the brotherly Palestinian people, in addition to reviewing a number of topics related to strengthening joint Arab action.

The attendees reviewed the reports of the permanent committees of the Arab Parliament and the report of the Palestine Committee, which included the measures taken by the Arab Parliament since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
