Labour Ministry announces three-day Eid holiday for private sector

Doha: The Ministry of Labour has announced that Eid Al Fitr holidays for private sector employees covered under the Labour Law will be three days with full pay.

According to the ministry, if operations demand that employees work during the Eid holidays, the regulations concerning overtime work and associated allowances, specified in Article 74 of the Labour Law, will apply.

The Ministry of Labour has conveyed Eid Al Fitr greetings to all private sector workers.
