Ramadan begins in Qatar tomorrow

Doha, Qatar: The holy month of Ramadan in Qatar begins tomorrow, March 11, 2024.

The Crescent Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs made the announcement after sunset prayers on Sunday.

The crescent moon that marks the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan was sighted around the country today, according to the Committee.

The committee had asked all Muslims in Qatar to investigate the sighting of the Ramadan crescent this evening and testify at the Ministry’s offices in Dafna.
