PLC congratulates expert on expat welfare schemes

Doha: Pravasi Legal Cell, an expat organization, has congratulated Abdul Raoof Kondotty on delivering more than 1,000 key note addresses on the subjects of expat welfare schemes of Central and State Governments of India and on financial matters.

“He has been bestowed with so many awards and accolades for his excellent social service. Raoof is also serving as the office-bearer and adviser of many well-known social and cultural organizations of the expat community. Raoof Kondotty is a member of Loka Kerala Sabha and a Management Committee Member – Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF).
