ICC organizes photography competition

DOHA: The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) is organising a photography competition, it said in a press release.

The competition will be held in two categories: Exploring Qatar & Back to Nature.

Top three entries of each category will be awarded by ICC Photography Club. Photographer of the Year will get a reward of QR 5,000.

Exploring Qatar category is for presenting the way participants explore Qatar to define its true beauty and cultural heritage. “This involves any picture that depicts Qatar’s architecture marvels, cityscape, celebrations and festivals, life of people in Qatar, Sports and different events in Qatar,” the press release said

Back to Nature category is for presenting the view of nature from the participant’s way of seeing it. This is not limited to Qatar and participants are allowed to submit photos taken anywhere in the world, the press release added.
